Defence(Information Technology)

The D(IT) Section has been entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of minimum agenda for e-Governance under National e-Governance programme of Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievance (DAR&PG), Ministry of Personnel & Public Grievances for Department of Defence, MoD. Besides, policy issues relating to ICT procurement procedure, new e-Governance initiatives in Department of Defence including development/ re-designing of Department of Defence, MoD website, etc. are also being dealt with by D(IT) Section
