This Section is entrusted with regular intense housekeeping, upkeep/maintenance (Summer/Winter season specific ones) of a whole range of office equipment/space requirements, complete with their meticulous adherence to Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and liaison with agencies (viz. CPWD etc.) for renovation of offices/rooms in South Block, SenaBhawan, VayuBhawan, besides routine procurements/issue of stationery, furniture, sanitary & electrical, crockery items. It also undertakes periodic auctioning of obsolete/discarded items and make floral arrangements in South Block etc. through Horticulture Department of CPWD.
