Director / Deputy Secretary (Works-II)

DS/Director (Works-II) mainly deals with civilian cadres of Military
Engineering Services (MES) and the following works :

1. DPC proposals for promotion and non-functional up-gradation of
   civilian officers of MES starting from the grade of EE to the ADG level.
2. Posting/transfer proposals.
3. Various cases of deputation and cadre clearances.
4. Suspension cases and review of suspension cases.
5. Proposals for amendment in the RRs.
6. Court cases and seeking advice of LA.
